Got a sweet tooth? No problem. I came across this easy, fun way to make an utterly delicious yet healthy dessert! It can be tough looking for healthier dessert options and eating less sweets and fat. Fruit is a great option for dessert because they contain natural sugar. Yonanas is a small portable device that turns frozen fruit into a creamy, ice-cream like dessert. The trick is…. all you need is fruit! It gets its name because the best fruit to use are bananas as they are the base of most recipes due to their creamy consistency. However, you don’t have to use bananas to create a great recipe. It’s incredibly healthy by being 100% fruit and you can be as creative as you want making almost any flavor. I’ve tried it myself and love it as a great snack. You can find one at a local store selling home goods.

Caramel Apple Yonanas
2 over-ripe frozen bananas (the more ripe, the sweeter the taste!)
6 pitted medjool dates
1 cup frozen apple pieces (just cut it up, stick them in a baggy and throw them in the freezer overnight)
