So your picky little one refuses to eat chicken, turkey, beef, or all of the above?  Along with urging them to try these proteins, you can also supplement their diet with protein alternative.  Peanut butter, greek yogurt, hummus, and beans are all awesome protein packed foods.  Try this fruit dip recipe to add some protein to your child’s diet.

Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp natural peanut butter

2 Tsp honey

**stir all together and enjoy with any fruit you’d like!

What fruit did you dunk in your peanut butter dip?
